Before you join

Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-07-v1 · Please read these before applying — you will be asked to confirm you have.

  1. Who can join. Open to individuals and businesses aged 18+. Not open to Axovent employees or contracted staff.
  2. What earns commission. A referral only earns once it becomes a completed project that Axovent has invoiced and been paid for in full.
  3. How much. 5% of Axovent’s net profit on that project — not 5% of the project value — capped at R50,000 per project.
  4. Registering a referral. Submit the prospect’s details before Axovent is already in contact with them. The first valid referral counts; prospects already in Axovent’s pipeline do not qualify. A registered referral stays valid for 6 months.
  5. When you get paid. Within 30 days of Axovent receiving full payment from the client, by EFT against your invoice.
  6. Tax. You are responsible for your own tax and VAT obligations on commission earned.
  7. Independent relationship. Joining creates no employment, agency or partnership relationship. You may not quote prices, make promises, or sign anything on Axovent’s behalf.
  8. Honest representation. No spam, no misleading claims, and no use of Axovent branding without written permission.
  9. Changes & ending. Axovent may update these terms or close the programme with notice. Commission already earned will still be honoured. Axovent may decline a referral involving a conflict of interest or obtained improperly.
  10. Your information. Details you and your referral provide are used only to operate this programme, in line with our Privacy Policy and POPIA.
